This state of the art, comfortable and contemporary terrace system embellishes and enhances any space with its functional properties and sense of luxury.

Esthec is a market leader in over 22 countries, with more than 50 years experience in the marine & building industries. Esthec specializes in resin based, natural fiber composite materials that are ecological alternatives to timber products (timber & PVC Free). Esthec is admired by architects all over the world, for their premium natural aesthetics, long life cycles & durability.

Esthec Terrace offers unprecedented freedom in colour, which allows the terrace to be integrated into an overall design scheme. In addition to the obvious aesthetic advantages, the thrilling design options and the ease of application, Esthec also leads the way in the effort to limit the use of scarce natural resources in design and building materials.

Esthec is durable, splinter free, low maintenance and feels cool and comfortable on bare feet. Even when it’s wet, Esthec provides excellent slip resistance. This high quality decking can be used for outdoor applications including, but never limited to: terraces at hotels and resorts, beach club patios, high end residential balconies, spa areas at luxury villas, pool decks, roof top gardens, docks and jetties.

Esthec has a 25 year residential / 15 year commercial warranty (twisting, warping, fading, termites, splintering, rot / decay). It also has zero clearance so it can be used for very low deck structures without voiding the warranty. Direct adhesion to concrete or a waterproof membrane, also makes Esthec unique in it’s field.

Esthec has extremely high durability, stain & scratch resistance (can also be lightly sanded). Esthec is U.V stable, will not Fade, & the surface temperature is cooler than timber (will not heat up like PVC based products).

Esthec has stood the test of time in the marine industry, in some of the world’s harshest environments for over 50 years.
