Soft, natural tones alongside top-quality fixtures make this bathroom one of tranquillity and style.

When a clutter-filled, 70s-style bathroom was in desperate need of a revamp, Select Solutions came to the rescue with this stunning spacious abode.

The small bath and shower were promptly removed, giving way to functional space and modern design. Today, the homeowner is able to enjoy an open-plan bathroom with impressive shower space. The step-down design of the shower not only adds a point of difference to the room but also clearly separates the shower recess from the bathroom, while the glass enclosure heightens the openness of the design.

The use of large tiles from the floor to the ceiling enhances the sense of space, while the natural tones give a relaxing and calming ambience. The stone feature adds a focal point and complements the organic feel of the bathroom. Soft halogen downlights boost the area’s appeal, making the space inviting and warm. Chrome and stainless-steel fixtures, including the tapware, cabinetry handles and towel rails, give a modernised contrast. The large vanity and stone top provide a lavish appeal while also containing sufficient storage space for basic bathroom needs.

This room is now a highlight of the home and certainly a retreat for the proprietor.
