Situated at the heart of Tribeca, the fully-renovate 5148 square foot townhouse cost the singer no less than US$18 million. Interestingly, the townhouse is said to be where Dominique Strauss-Kahn served out his house arrest in 2011.
The home’s lower level oozes with luxury, and includes a theatre, gym, spa steam bath, and bar. Heading up the steel stair to the next level will lead you to the nanny/guest suite, which has its own entrance. This level also houses the extravagant kitchen which features Miele and Gaggenau appliances, Italian cabinetry and heated limestone floors. If you climb up one more set of stairs you’ll find two bedrooms, each with custom closets, Italian limestone baths, a jet tub and waterfall showers.
