A journey of collaboration and modernisation with Interspec, in partnership with @bigbuildconstructions, the Interspec team undertook a series of structural changes.
A structural wall was replaced with a steel beam to open up the room, while the installation of a double-sided AC unit will provide a comfortable climate for warm summer days.
The refurbishment of a window space allowed for a more seamless connection between the kitchen space and the rest of the residence.
While the team encountered a few hiccups along the way, the result was an open-plan kitchen fitted with a design kitchen that had been customised to the clients wants and needs. It’s no surprise the clients fell in love with their new space.
