A Streamlined Kitchen with Optimised Storage Solutions

In this renovation, the Designline Kitchens & Bathrooms team utilised their expert skills to incorporate a streamlined aesthetic while optimising storage potential in the kitchen.

Ample cabinetry is one of the most noticeable features of this room, with the full ceiling height utilised to ensure all kitchen odds and ends have a place. In addition to the L-shaped bench design, a small island was placed in the middle of the room to provide more prep space and extra storage in the form of drawers, again ensuring the clients’ brief was met.

The dark cabinetry is balanced effectively with a white-gloss benchtop that keeps the room feeling clean and streamlined. This is further enhanced by the semi-integrated dishwasher and the wall ovens, which are toned to suit the room’s colour palette. A handle-less finish on many of the doors again makes the room feel seamless.

We love: the ample and varied storage in this kitchen space.

The placement of the sink allows prep work to be conducted in a social setting, with that side of the bench overlooking the dining table and, further beyond, the living room. This practical decision ensures the kitchen is the true heart of the home.
