“This renovation was all about converting a very outdated 1970s’ bathroom into a contemporary design with a neutral colour scheme and finishes that won’t date so easily this time around. The space was large, however everything in it was small. So we’ve made the most of the space by putting in a large corner bath, a double walk-in shower and vanity with double basin. The large mirror and polished tiles make the room look even larger as they reflect space and light. The American oak veneer was chosen to add some warmth and texture and a natural element to complement the mocha and cream scheme. The floor-to-ceiling tiles give it a nice polished finish that’s also really easy to keep clean. The same scheme is continued in the ensuite and laundry, so there’s consistency in design throughout the home.”
