Her father was an architect, so Jennifer Hoddinett’s childhood was filled with blueprints, paint chips and a growing fascination for beautiful places and spaces. Now a media student graduate and freelance writer, Jennifer contributes to Home Design, Renovate and Grand Designs Australia, has volunteered with not-for-profit art organisations and festivals, and has travelled to unusual pockets of the world. Each of these things has been fuelled by a passion for the creative, the innovative and the unusual.

As an old art teacher of hers used to say, “Architecture is the art we live in,” and Jennifer loves nothing more than to write about the “art” found in our everyday lives.
