Expansive glazing throughout the home was carefully designed to blur the line between indoor living and the surrounding coastal landscape, creating a seamless flow throughout.
Upstairs, the lounge features a striking arrangement of raked Fixed Lite Windows paired with a Sliding Door that opens onto the front balcony. Together, they showcase the home’s bold form and bathe the lounge in light from multiple directions.
The open-plan kitchen is centered around an impressive 6-metre-wide Stacker Door, enabling the space to open fully for entertaining. In the living area, a 5-metre-wide Fixed Lite Window with architectural mullions frames the pool, while across the home, the mancave features a 5.6-metre-wide, five-panel Fixed Lite Window overlooking the pool, accompanied by a Sliding Door to the left.
The main bedroom is defined by a series of raked Fixed Lite Windows, forming a striking architectural feature that plays with perspective and light. In the other bedrooms and study, Double Hung Windows are paired with Fixed Lite Windows to maximise natural light and frame views. The operable bottom sash allows cool breezes to enter while the top sash releases warm air, creating natural ventilation without compromising living space.
Ensuring natural light reaches every corner of the home was a key priority for the owners. Bathrooms feature a mix of Awning, Louvre, and Sliding Windows with obscured glass, allowing for privacy yet maintaining a fresh, sunlit environment.

Every Rylock window and door at Seafoam was carefully selected to meet the demands of coastal living. Tested by CSIRO for durability, the frames are powder-coated in Colorbond® Surfmist (Matt), enhancing the home’s neutral palette while offering durable protection against coastal weather.
Paired with Low-E, Argon gas-filled double glazing, these energy-efficient windows and doors deliver excellent thermal performance and year-round comfort. Combining robust performance with refined aesthetics, Seafoam offers a tranquil, light-filled living environment.
