Minimalist black & glossy kitchen design

Minimalist black & glossy kitchen design

Incorporating minimalist design, luxury and intensity, this black gloss kitchen located in Vanuatu is of exceptional design

“Luxurious, glossy and minimalist, this kitchen opens on to an immense living and outdoor dining space, complete with a view over Port Villa Harbour. The owners wanted to take advantage of the enormous space and views, but we also needed to work with the high ceilings to ensure we put appliances and cabinets at the perfect height to satisfy both visual and practical design elements. The full wall of designer cabinetry is the showstopper. Stretching to the ceiling, the lustrous black gloss finish adds depth and intensity to the room. Hidden behind a sliding door, a spacious walk-in pantry provides shelves and drawers for storage, while a drop down seating area was custom-built using a hidden steel structure. Every integrated appliance, from the V-Zug oven through to the bar fridges and coffee machine, was chosen for its exceptional quality and design. Fastidious attention to detail like this is the key to creating a truly luxurious space.”
