With a young and growing family, the owners of this new build were after a kitchen that was easy to use and had plenty of storage
An open-plan layout and quality hardware were essential inclusions to ensure the family would not outgrow the space. The Calacatta Nuvo island bench, paired with the Polytec Char Oak ravine, creates a stunning contrast and adds balance to the space. The use of Aventos overhead cabinets gives the kitchen a modern look, while the smoke mirror splashback tricks you into thinking the kitchen is bigger than it really is. An open-plan layout ensures ease of movement when cooking and entertaining. Another essential inclusion was the butler’s pantry, located behind the main kitchen. This area provides extra storage and appliances, as well as offering a space to hide away clutter. Opening out to stunning waterfront views, this kitchen is not only incredibly functional, it also projects an amazing ‘wow’ effect.
