“The finish of a room can make or break a space, and in this gorgeous timber kitchen the warm wooden hues certainly make an incredible impact.”
“A vast change from the previous standard laminate kitchen, the new area shines thanks to the natural timber lining the walls. The homeowners wanted the timber kitchen of their dreams, with a seamless design and an earthy aesthetic. Full custom wall panelling integrates the fridge and pantry effortlessly into the space, and only a few handles are used on key areas for a sleek look. Coexisting beside the kitchen, a bar area complete with bespoke wall-hanging cabinetry of natural timber veneers echoes the soft ambience of the open-plan room. The trick to the free-hanging cabinetry was including beams behind the plaster to create the desired look. Some elements of the bar space were hand-built on site and offer the ideal entertaining area.”
