Uncluttered, spacious, white and divine; this Carrera project has resulted in a completely chic kitchen design.
“The brief for this new kitchen was for the main kitchen to be as minimalist as possible with lots of uncluttered bench space that always looks clean and tidy. With the luxury of space we were able to keep the work area, wet area and pantry all hidden away in the butler’s pantry behind. The dishwasher, sink and fridge are all in there, too. Storage was maximised by having all under-bench drawers that make better use of space. It’s a very simple, modern, sleek look with no handles and subtle contrast provided by the Carrara marble. In terms of finishes, the marble was chosen as the main standout feature so we used it on both the benchtop and splashback. It’s quite striking and adds a real sense of luxury to the space as well as a timeless look. The glass splashback along the side wall was not only designed to provide natural light but also to create a nice outlook. Once the trees grow taller it will provide a great natural backdrop.”
