This elegant, edgy kitchen combines modern features for a sleek, stand-out finish. Its unique design matches the owners’ brief for a kitchen with ‘wow’ factor yet not lacking in functionality.
Upon entering the kitchen, you immediately notice the contrast created between the grey stone benchtops, the timber pantry and the black cabinetry and splashback. A large stone island in the centre of the kitchen softens and links the timber and dark elements of the kitchen. The black cabinetry above the cooktop uses Aventos lift-up systems, allowing them to be left open when the owners cook yet still maintain a classy finish to the design. To keep in line with its clean design, custom lip pull handles were added to the pantry and the black coloured internal carcasses. Continuing the design on the outside, stone was featured inside the pantry. LED strip lighting was used throughout the pantry and under the cabinets to light up those usually dark spaces that regular lighting struggle to reach.
