A custom-designed splashback makes for an incredible feature of this kitchen

“The striking, custom-made glass splashback is the standout feature of this all-white kitchen. When the client initially contacted us, they were seeking a painted glass splashback in a gold metallic colour. During our consultation, we became aware that the client’s mother was Melbourne artist Lois Campbell, and we suggested featuring one of her paintings. The clients loved the idea.

The splashback pops against the bright white cabinetry and sleek white benchtops. The recessed finger pulls create a seamless, minimalist style — the perfect backdrop for a work  of art. The splashback design flows and wraps effortlessly around the walls, taking centre stage in the kitchen. Natural light shines through the space, highlighting the glossy white colour scheme of the kitchen and the lively colours of the glass.”
