This kitchen’s strong colour scheme brings the wow factor

Choosing a kitchen with a strong colour scheme can feel like a big risk, but not when you’re working with experts like the team at Premier Kitchens. The use of feature green in the cabinetry in this kitchen has truly given the room a wow factor.

This green is perfectly balanced by the warmth of the oak Polytec cabinetry and the crisp white 5m-high walls. Thanks to windows at the very top, light is plentiful and the whole space has a nice airy feel to it. One of the things that make this kitchen exceptional is the benchtop. Calacatta marble was initially called for in the brief, but as the homeowner needed the largest island space possible to accommodate easy entertaining and everyday family needs, it proved to be out of budget and also not the most practical choice. The Blanco Naturale was a fabulous alternative that not only looks good, but is incredibly durable too. This kitchen is also extremely practical thanks to the extensive storage and the butler’s pantry, perfect for prepping and keeping kitchen mess contained.
