Prestige Landscape & Construction has delivered a resort-style masterpiece with Project The Acres — a fully integrated outdoor sanctuary designed for family connection, entertaining, and day-to-night relaxation. Situated on a spacious acreage block and built in close collaboration with leading trades, this custom landscape combines a 10.5m classic Whitehaven pool, dual spas and a splash pad — all in one flowing fibreglass design, a first of its kind.
From the moment you enter the space, it’s clear this project is something special. The pool’s crisp rectangular shape anchors the outdoor zone, complemented by Artisan Stone cobbles, natural stone feature walls and pristine large-format paving. A beautifully elevated cabana by Standout Home Improvements provides an inviting retreat, while ambient lighting by Nace Electrical sets the mood after dark.
Designed by Prestige Landscape & Construction and built in partnership with Bombora Pools, the pool features advanced Maytronics cleaning and filtration systems to ensure crystal-clear water year-round. A custom heating solution keeps the dual spas and pool comfortable across the seasons — offering versatility for both relaxation and recreation. The lush tropical planting by Exotic Nursery frames the entire setting, adding movement and softness while enhancing privacy.
This outdoor haven was created for a young family with three children who love entertaining. “The homeowners wanted their own tropical oasis — a space where the kids could grow, where friends and family could gather, and where they could escape from the pace of everyday life,” says Troy Stolzenhein, director of Prestige Landscape & Construction.
Executed over multiple stages due to the scale of the build, the result is nothing short of exceptional — a functional showpiece that brings wow factor and warmth in equal measure.
“The key to good design is planning,” says Troy. “We take the time to look at the space as a whole and ensure that each element connects seamlessly. It’s about creating something functional, beautiful and cohesive from every angle.”

From modest beginnings in 2015, Prestige Landscape & Construction has grown into a thriving business under the direction of Troy Stolzenhein. What started as a solo operation now boasts a team of 20, delivering around 190 pool surrounds annually — from compact suburban gardens to sprawling acreage estates.
“We specialise in pool surrounds and large-scale properties,” explains Troy. “But we’re equally committed to crafting quality outcomes for projects of all sizes. It’s about finding solutions that genuinely reflect the client’s lifestyle and vision.”
Each new build begins with a collaborative design process. The team takes time to understand the client’s goals, design references and budget expectations. Moodboards, conversations and on-site walkthroughs guide the early stages, with a flexible approach that allows for evolution along the way. “Clients often need to see the project take shape to fully envision it. We’re happy to make tweaks as we go,” Troy shares.
