Modern entertainment: the Eclipse 28

Gallery

This spectacular home is perfect for those who like to entertain

Specifically designed for home owners who like to entertain, the Eclipse 28 features a large formal dining area and a spacious family area that flows out to an impressively large alfresco.

For easy access a clutter-free kitchen is also connected to the alfresco, making hosting for friends and family a pleasure in any weather. Other living areas that are sure to entertain and impress include a dedicated study, a butler’s pantry and home theatre.

The Eclipse 28 is finished in Jandson’s “Vogue” level of inclusions with quality features including Blanco stainless steel kitche appliances, Corinthian “Motive” internal feature doors, Polytech finish to all Kitchen cupboards and vanities, Alder “Metza” tapware to bathrooms and wideline aluminium framed windows in Colourbond finishes.

The Eclipse 28 adapts to sites with modest fall to front or rear with optional step downs to the slab to create a more unique design. In 28 square configuration the Eclipse will suit a 15m x 30m sized lot, the 30 square Eclipse will suit 16m wide lots and the 33 square will suit 18m wide lots.
