French charm: kitchen design

This kitchen mixes modern materials with French provincial style for a unique space

“In their new home expansion, our clients wanted their kitchen and butler’s pantry to have French provincial charm without being too ornate or ostentatious.

They wanted the refrigerator in the butler’s pantry for easy access and extra food preparation space. This meant the main kitchen design didn’t have any visual compromises and we could implement a symmetrical shape.

The butler’s pantry is extremely practical, with storage, bench space and a sink. The beautiful, ornate mantle with subtle moulding is a feature of the kitchen, being as functional as it is aesthetically pleasing.

The stunning brick-format glass tiles complement the white profiled cabinetry and soft, lightly veined Caesarstone benchtop. This striking kitchen mixes the French provincial style with modern materials for a unique space.”
