When a young family on the Central Coast decided to build their dream home, challenging conditions led to the perfect solution for a quick and easy build
A sloping site and the need for a quick build in a short time frame meant that, for this family, a modular build was the answer.
Designed by Broadworth Modular, the home was built to an open plan to provide a seamless transition from the indoor living areas to the large outdoor entertaining space. Taking advantage of its unique location, the design takes into account stunning valley views and the morning sun, maximising natural light throughout the home through a spacious and well oriented design. The northern aspect of the home helps draw light in and keeps the space warm all day long. With careful planning, the design also capitalises on natural ventilation and solar position to naturally create a comfortable home.
