Give your alfresco spaces a dash of European style with matchless furniture and unparalleled decor

Whether your personal taste runs to the classic or the contemporary, Yardware has the perfect piece — be it furniture or decor — to put that all-important finishing touch to your courtyard, poolside entertaining area or outdoor room.

Yardware is renowned for its superlative range of reconstituted stone and iron furniture; also its incomparable collection of garden decor. Its finely crafted pieces are highly sought-after by designers and homeowners and are the preferred choice by those who want to give an outdoor living space an infusion of European style.

Yardware created its reconstituted stone outdoor furniture range more than 20 years ago when the market was largely dominated by timber, aluminium and plastic. The goal was to provide discerning homeowners with something different — and to bring a little European elegance to Australian gardens.

Stylistically, the reconstituted stone range, available in a variety of colours, moves from the traditional to the modern to the classic. Dining tables are available in many shapes — round, square or rectangular — and in sizes ranging from large to small. To complement the tables, Yardware produces an impressive selection of reconstituted stone benches as well as galvanised iron chairs.

The setting shown above, the Amalfi package, shows how effortlessly you can pair a reconstituted stone table with iron chairs. This package consists of a 2100mm-long Venetian Edge table top and a pair of Amalfi bases with six Epos side chairs, but it can be downsized to an 1800mm top or upsized to a 2400mm or 2700mm top with extra chairs. The hand-painted, rust-resistant metal is available in four colours: Natural, Antique Rust, Fossil and Matt Black. Yardware also produces outdoor seat cushions that allow you to sit in comfort, enjoying a relaxed dining experience with family and friends.

Yardware’s iron range is all-embracing and extends to pool chaises, sun lounges, side tables and occasional chairs. The Herculanean collection is one of the most popular and consists of a single chair as well as a two-, three- or four-seat sofa finished with outdoor cushions proudly made in Australia from outdoor foam and solar awning fabric. These cushions won’t fade, rot or tear, are long-lasting and available in a kaleidoscope of colours.

To complement the furniture, Yardware produces a wide array of decorative and architectural features, ranging from fountains, statues, urns and planters to wall art, mirrors, columns and candleholders. Like Yardware’s furniture range, these pieces will outlast most other products on the market while ageing gracefully.

Yardware, a proudly Australian-owned and family-run company, is constantly adding to its product range so each time you visit the website, or pop into the Yardware Design Centre in the inner-Sydney suburb of Alexandria, you will be assured of finding something new and beguiling.
