“A bold splashback as well as a display area, lots of storage and plenty of drawers were on the list of important features for this kitchen. We spent a lot of time considering the design, and a key decision was to use two benchtop materials, not only to add a variation in levels to the kitchen, but also to avoid a join.
The benchtop has a shadowline finish for a sleek look. The turquoise glass splashback and bamboo feature tops and shelves provide a pleasing mix of colour, while the combination of spot and pendant lighting allows different atmospheres to be created. A polished concrete floor keeps things contemporary, and the Laminex doors and panels proved the ideal choice for this modern beauty.”
