A particularly environmentally friendly feature is the covered alfresco area beneath the first floor master bedroom area. This north-facing entertaining area adjacent to the pool is protected from the heat in summer.

The Benton is a four-bedroom home. The ground floor has a powder room and the first floor has an ensuite, one main bathroom and a WC.
What size family would this home suit?
Family of five.
What were the biggest expenses for the homeowners?
The façade has been upgraded with the use of render, cladding and stone and has added a balcony to the ground floor looking out to the front yard. Another large expense was the American Walnut staircase and kitchen along with custom-made joinery installed throughout the house.
Were there any challenges to building this home or that building with this budget posed?
The budget had to incorporate bushfire materials as this property was identified to be bushfire affected. Also, due to its proximity to the coast, soil type and salinity levels needed to be addressed.
Does this home include any environmentally friendly options?
Yes, a large rainwater tank to collect rainwater and solar panels to provide the home with solar power.
What do clients have to gain by opting for the luxury options?
Luxury options within a home are always selected by a client and are generally influenced by style and taste. There are certain luxury options which people believe add value to their home and others that are selected as for a client’s specific needs.
