Big in style inclusions but small in price — this classic Queenslander is grabbing headlines for all the right reasons

The latest offering from Garth Chapman Queenslanders is creating quite a buzz in the construction industry. This stylish and contemporary Queenslander has a swag of inclusions, but with a very affordable price tag. Director of Garth Chapman Queenslanders, Stephen Havas, says the home has been built and finished based upon a new standard of inclusions known as their ‘Classic Inclusions’.

“This level of finish provides clients with a more modest entry price point without sacrificing some of the much-loved Garth Chapman features, such as our high quality standards on construction techniques and finishes,” says Stephen.

Step onto the verandah and the journey into relaxed lifestyle living begins. The elevated signature portico leads inside, past the formal entry where there is a feeling of spaciousness. The home is open-plan design at its finest; practicality and style harmonise effortlessly to create a charming lifestyle home. There are spacious living and dining areas and a functional kitchen designed to be the heart of this family style home. The kitchen features Caesarstone benchtops along with Miele cooking appliances — including an oven in a tower, and separate microwave and appliances tower, and walk-in pantry.

The laundry features hanging space and cabinetry, and there’s also a media room where the family can break out the popcorn and enjoy the latest blockbuster movies together. At one end of the home is a luxury master bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite and at the
other end, three spacious kids’ bedrooms, a second bathroom and a toilet.

Underfoot, polished mixed hardwood floors are warm and inviting and there are 2700mm (9ft) ceilings as a standard feature with ample generous sized windows. Outdoor living is taken care of, with verandahs at the front and rear, ensuring the family can enjoy casual alfresco living. Each aspect of the home has been designed with relaxed easy care living in mind, but with quality that is built to last.
