Designed with the modern family in mind, this home provides everything you need to live the good life

If you’re looking for the ideal family home, Bellriver Homes’ two-storey, five-bedroom Tilbury 393 is it. Not only does it have a spacious kitchen and a stylish outdoor entertaining area, it caters for family members of all ages. Upstairs, there is a teenagers’ retreat with a separate bathroom while downstairs, there is guest accommodation, complete with a full built-in robe and ensuite, suitable for visiting in- laws or grandparents.

Designed with comfort in mind, the home is perfectly suited to families who enjoy a casual lifestyle and who love to entertain. The open-plan kitchen is one of the home’s many standout features and has been designed to be the hub of family life. From the breakfast bar to the large walk-in pantry, which can be customised to a butler’s pantry if you desire, the kitchen offers everything the modern family demands.

The kitchen overlooks the paved outdoor living space, which is divided into two zones. There is an area for cooking and dining, covered by a solid roof, and a lounge area placed beneath the open beams of a pergola. This allows a choice of spaces, depending on the weather, and makes year-round entertaining a breeze.

Also on the ground level, you will find the large guest bedroom and, adjacent to the front entrance, an inviting lounge/media room. The entry to the home is of special note, too. It is an open and airy void, which floods the home with light and signals a warm welcome to visitors.

The special inclusions don’t end there, though. Upstairs, there is a large study/office area — suitable for several children to be doing their homework at the same time — and in the master bedroom, there is a beautiful little makeup space. This is the kind of thoughtful touch you usually only find in a luxury hotel.

Unlike other Bellriver display homes, the interior materials used and colour palette employed in the Tilbury 393 were intentionally kept neutral. The goal was to create a warm and inviting family home with a restful ambience. The front facade, on the other hand, has a bolder look. With its well-defined clean lines and strong grey accents, it tells the world that this is a contemporary home designed to meet the needs of the modern family.
