Forrest Friends

A new collection of outdoor furniture designed by Justin Hutchinson for Melbourne design studio Kett, Forrest is curvaceous and inviting.

Made from premium-grade teak, the range is named to honour Forrest in Victoria and celebrates a natural, timeless and Australian aesthetic. Defined by intricate timber features and sweeping curves, the collection includes refined dining tables, sofas and occasional pieces and is exclusively available through Cosh Living.

The seat and back cushions comprise all-weather reticulated foam for supreme breathability and drainage and are upholstered in resilient outdoor fabrics. The distinct, delicate woven details of the Forrest are incredibly strong, offering functional support for long lunches and relaxed evenings with the family as the sun sets. All pieces are hand-finished and are lovingly and expertly constructed by talented craftspeople who embrace the rich history of teak and work with the precision of the latest technological advances of wood machining.

Aussies spend a lot of time entertaining and living outdoors, particularly with COVID restrictions hampering any plans to venture beyond the domestic setting. As such, our outdoor spaces have become an extension of our lounge rooms, so we naturally desire a greater level of sophistication and comfort.

Forrest responds to the Australian lifestyle and celebrates outdoor living at its best. Boost the appeal of your backyard, balcony or courtyard and embrace a connection to nature with this line of furniture that enhances alfresco experiences.

Forrest is now on display in all Cosh Living showrooms (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth), so pop in to view the collection and browse fabric samples. Order now and set yourself up for a spring/summer season well spent outside.

If you can’t make it to a showroom, Forrest can be seen in augmented reality. Simply download the Cosh Living AR app from the App Store to browse the range. Using the camera on your iPhone or iPad, scan your space and place the Cosh Living furniture into the scene. On screen it appears as if the furniture is really there!

“Walk around” the furniture, change the layout, colour and collection with a few taps of your finger. Being able to visualise the furniture in your own space gives you the extra reassurance that your new pieces are going to look fantastic, and right at home.

Don’t want to download the app? Look out for the VIEW AT HOME button on the Cosh Living website. If you’re on a mobile device, it will fast track you straight to the scanning stage.
