Apaiser 2.1

Apaiser 2.2

The owners of this beautiful bathroom wanted to create a look that would fit perfectly into a five-star island resort

The key theme that dictated the ultimate look and feel of this enviable bathroom was absolute luxury.

Every time the owners stepped inside their bathroom they wanted to be transformed into a different world — a place of elegance and style that is usually only found in the world’s very best hotels or at expensive holiday resorts.

The clever use of Apaiser stone bathware products helps create that getaway feel and transforms this bathroom into a retreat to escape to.

A key feature in the room is the spacious 1530mm stone composite Apaiser Lunar bath. Apaiser’s Sanctum basins, with their organic and soft forms, also feature and work perfectly with the shape and form of the bath.

The bath and basins are exquisitely handcrafted from Apaiser’s proprietary stone composite formula, comprising a unique blend of recycled marble. Together, the bath and basins exude modern opulence with clean lines and an innovative use of texture and shape.

Apaiser’s designs for the bathroom are about seductive simplicity coupled with outstanding performance and functional design. The brief was to capture the look and feel of a luxury resort or hotel and the fixtures and fittings, stone floor and walls, 4.5-metre ceilings and subtle colour scheme throughout the bathroom all work together to meet that design brief.

The shower enclosure is stylish, with the vein-cut silver travertine tiling complemented by classic Melbourne bluestone, and the frameless glass door creates a sensation of endless space.

The bathroom overlooks the family swimming pool, adding to that impression of this room being suited to a luxury resort or five-star hotel — it’s definitely a bathroom with ‘wow’ factor and style in spades.
