This knock-down rebuild home is flexible, simple and efficient

Construction By Design’s awarding winning Aria Display Home is a residence developed for the knock-down rebuild market, showcasing the flexible, simple and efficient nature of the home. This construction company has a dedicated team of professionals who pride themselves on delivering projects of the highest quality.

“The home is comprised of a fully contained guest bedroom, formal living, open-plan kitchen with a butler’s pantry and informal areas on the lower floor,” says Lewin Wiles, design manager at Construction By Design.

“There are three well-proportioned secondary bedrooms, each with close access to a bathroom and leisure room on the first floor, and a master bedroom wing that is large and luxurious with a number of key features including a double-storey robe.”

The home showcases creative design with an emphasis on natural light, open spaces and clever planning to maximise usually wasted space. “The home, with the use of the full guest bed could easily be adapted as an in-law accommodation or to have multiple families within the one home.”

Address: 11 Butler Avenue, Kellyville, NSW 2155
